Payment:
Sales are to U.S.A. and Canada customers only. We accept PayPal and credit cards through the shopping cart. If you don't have an account with PayPal you can get one by going to PayPal but a PayPal account is not necessary for purchases. With PayPal you can pay directly and securely from your own account or use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You can pay through the shopping cart or you can contact us by email ( generous.spirit @ frontiernet.net ) to arrange for alternate payment, shipping methods, or pick up from Rochester, NY. You can also arrange to pick up at any one of our shows as shown on the show schedule. New York State residents and those who pick up the item in New York must pay 8% sales tax. There is no sales tax for shipments to U.S. residents outside of New York. Standard shipment is by USPS first class mail. Priority mail, UPS, and other forms of shipment may be arranged with us by contact through our email address.
Return Policy:
We refund the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are not refunded. The item must be returned in good condition within 10 business days of purchase.
All returns must be approved. Generous Spirit Jewelry Designs is not a buy, use/wear and return site. Please read descriptions carefully. If you need any adjustments to length of a piece, please contact us through our contact link and let us know before we ship your purchase.
Shows:
If you should select an item advertised on this web site and it is sold at one of our shows before it could be removed from this site, we will either refund your money or attempt to make a similar item for you, if possible, at your request. By "similar", we mean "not exactly the same" because every item is handmade. Please contact us through our email address.
